Ever wonder how fish and invertebrates can disappear over night?

Ever lost a fish and/or shrimp overnight and they seem to just vanish?  Well it’s due to things like this.  Here a tongue coral eats a molted shrimp skeleton in less then an hour; if we had not seen this on camera it would have been gone and recorded as a missing one.
